Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Kadamtala celebrated Raksha Bandhan on 9th August 2025, with enthusiasm and zeal.
One Hundred student from Class Balvatika to Class 10 along with 15 faculty members participated. The celebration starts with three omkaras followed by Shantipath.Soon after, one of our teaching faculty and one student of Class X gave their fruitful speech on the importance of the day. Rakshabandhan ritual began with sisters performing Arti for their respective brothers.
Followed these sisters tied Raksha sutra, and the brothers' offered sweets to their sisters.
The program concluded with the chanting of Shanti Mantra.
Following the ceremony, a contingent of students accompanied by teachers visited several locations.
These included Primary Health Centre, Kadamtala
Forest Range Office Kadamtala and Police station Kadamtala.The main reason to visit these organizations to make a good and positive relationship in the society and its people who directly and indirectly contribute themselves in our vidayalaya.
The overall celebration of Raksha Bandhan at Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Kadamtala was resounding success by promoting our culture and by showcasing the bond and responsibilities among brother and sister.
